Part of an ambitious and expanding retail group, the business is seeking a hands-on GENERAL MANAGER who leads from the front—visible, engaged, and fully immersed in every aspect of the operation. This is a role for someone who thrives on accountability, maximises opportunity, and sets the standard for performance and customer excellence.
The Role
With full P&L responsibility, the successful candidate will drive performance across all departments, ensuring growth in volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction. From the showroom to aftersales, they will take an active, sleeves-rolled-up approach to leadership, inspiring teams and delivering results.
The Person
The group is open to experienced General Managers as well as high-performing Sales Managers or General Sales Managers ready to step up into their first General Manager role.
