We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Alder 24 Hour!
This will be both consults and hospital shifts.
At Alder, you'll find a highly skilled and experienced nursing team, as well as a dedicated night team for overnight care. Our facility boasts onsite CT, ultrasound, endoscopy, and in-house labs, all conveniently situated near the vibrant offerings of Liverpool.
Additionally, we have a Branch Partner, Glad and Geoff in practice to help further enhance opportunities for your development and learning.
The role is working 40 hours a week over 4 days offering progression alongside a work/life balance.

In this role you will:
Your Skills and Experience:
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- Experienced in delivering exceptional care to both patients and clients.
- Experienced in working effectively as part of a team.
- Able to demonstrate clinical leadership skills.
- Experience of implementing a progressive clinical culture.
- Experience of supporting nurse consults and schedule 3 procedures, with an understanding of how this contributes to clinic performance and efficiency.
- Experienced in using coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of every colleague.
