Room Leader Required
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner's to join our team. The ideal candidate's will have a passion for working with children and providing a nurturing environment for their development.
## Duties
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Utilise leadership skills to manage and supervise activities within the nursery
- Implement early childhood education programs to support children's learning and development
- Provide care and support for children in a safe and stimulating environment
- Drive initiatives that enhance the overall well-being of the children in your care
- Have fun with the children throughout the day .
## Experience
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting essential
- Ability to manage and engage with young children effectively
- Relevant level 3 or above qualifications in Early Childhood Education are essential
