The Role
We’re looking for a kind and reliable Night Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. Working overnight, you’ll ensure that our residents feel safe, supported, and comfortable throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care needs during the evening and night.
- Provide a calm and reassuring presence overnight.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and overnight emergencies.
- Carry out regular wellbeing and environmental checks.
- Support domestic tasks to maintain cleanliness and comfort.
- Accurately document care notes and communicate any concerns to senior staff.
- Promote dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous care experience is desirable, but full training is provided.
- Compassionate, dependable, and respectful attitude.
- Ability to work independently and stay alert throughout night shifts.
- Basic digital skills for recording care notes.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
