An exciting opportunity now available here at Car Seekers as we are now seeking 1-2 Vehicle sales & sourcing specialist to join our strong and passionate subprime team. This is a busy yet enjoyable opportunity for anyone with a passion for delivering fantastic customer service & providing subprime customers with their new vehicles. Experience within sales/motor trade is preferred however not essential.
This role primarily involves working through our subprime leads and enquiries that are generated through our auto convert system. The leads are gathered through our social media platforms and website. You will be responsible from the first point of contact with the customer all the way through to collection day.
We are committed to providing a 5 star service and this is something that you MUST follow. You will be responsible for dealing with enquiries from customers on both our physical stock as well as sourcing enquiries. For Sourcing enquiries, we have inhouse systems that give you access to thousands of different vehicles daily. You will be in control of the whole process from taking the customers details, finding suitable prices/finance packages and ensuring the car is booked in according for any cosmetic/mechanical preparation through our inhouse workshop and available cosmetic preparation units we use.
As this role involves driving and being added onto our insurance a FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE WITH NO MORE THAN 9 POINTS is required for the role. A background check will be carried out applicants therefore we request you attach an image of your driving license onto your application or CV.
Although hours for this role are Mon-Fri | 9am - 5pm. We are flexible here at Car Seekers and we all work before and past these hours so it is preferred for those who apply to be flexible with their hours.
If a day off is required throughout the week then we would expect the applicant to be willing to work Saturday/Sunday.
Within this role here at Car Seekers you will be provided with all the required tools for your role. We will provide all the required information and training for those successful and ensure that you are fully confident within your role. If you have a laptop you own and would prefer to use this that is fine, however equipment can also be provided such as laptops/computers.
