Bartender/Server (Part-Time)

As part of our close-knit team, you'll help create a true home-away-from-home experience in one of our unique and characterful locations. Previous experience working behind a busy bar is preferred, along with a passion for cocktails, great drinks, and delivering outstanding hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
- Prepare and serve a range of drinks, including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure the smooth running of service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation behind the bar.
- Handle payments accurately and confidently using the till system.
- Follow food hygiene and licensing regulations at all times.
- Help with stock replenishment and maintain an organised bar area.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous bartending experience in a busy hospitality environment (preferred).
- A genuine passion for cocktails, drinks, and hospitality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong time management and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to support the wider team.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and licensing regulations is desirable.
