They aim to provide all children with a learning style that best suits their needs, they love to work with children from different backgrounds and it does not matter what their needs are they will try their best to support the child and the parent in providing the best education for every child. They are a small family run nursery that can dedicate more time to each child allowing them to grow more and to bring out their best, they have over 15 years experience working with children and 10 years experience working with children that have additional needs.

The main responsibilities of this job role will include:
· Working towards Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship.
· Supporting the development of the childcare provision.
· Providing an excellent range of activities that ensures that the child learns whilst having fun.
· Being a team player.
· Providing challenging and stimulating activities for all children
· Working with teams across the nursery setting
· Supporting children’s learning and development.
· Preparing and maintaining the environment and resources for the children.
