Flower Pots Day Nursery are looking for someone who is passionate in giving babies the best start
This role is a full-time position baby room leader with the opportunity to grow your childcare career with
additional training and promotion opportunities.
Duties:
- Safeguarding the children
- observing and recording the children’s development.
- carry out age-appropriate activities.
- Maintain and safe and welcoming environment.
- Adhering to the nursery policies and procedures always.
- Building positive and successful relationships with children, parents and staff within the settings.
- Leading the team within your room to ensure best practice
- Ensure high standards are maintained at all times
- Support the management team within the setting
Essential:
- Must have experience of working with 0-2 years
- Experience of leading a small team of staff
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification minimum.
- Safeguarding experience (desirable DSL)
A clean enhanced DBS check will be required for this position – Please note Flower Pots Day
Nursery will look to obtain this when you start with us.
Previous experience of working within an early years setting.
