Full Time Care Home Assistant – Days & Nights Available
Looking for a rewarding role where you can genuinely make a difference every day? We are currently recruiting experienced Care Home Assistants to join our growing team for full time ongoing work within friendly and supportive care homes.
We are looking for reliable, compassionate and hardworking individuals who are passionate about care and providing high quality support to residents.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 6 months UK care experience
- Experience within a care home or nursing home setting
- A caring and professional attitude
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and flexible individuals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Duties may include:
- Personal care
- Supporting residents with daily living
- Assisting with meals and hydration
- Promoting dignity and independence
- Record keeping and reporting
- Providing emotional support and companionship
