The Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting Financial Planners and ensuring a smooth client journey from initial enquiry through to implementation.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing documentation for client meetings (new and existing business)
- Managing and updating client records on Intelligent Office
- Issuing Letters of Authority (LOAs)
- Processing new business applications and submissions
- Liaising with providers, advisers, and clients to keep cases progressing

About You
- Experience working as a Financial Planning Administrator is essential
- Comfortable using Intelligent Office
- Strong understanding of financial planning products and UK regulations
- Organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple cases
