Salary: £33,000 – £34,000 per annum
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plasterer to join our team. You will deliver high-quality plastering and property maintenance services across our residential housing portfolio. In this role, you will carry out day-to-day responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and refurbishment work in occupied homes and various property types across Liverpool.
What you’ll do:
- Plastering Work: Execute high-quality full-wall plastering, skimming, rendering, drylining, and plaster patch repairs.
- Multi-Trade Maintenance: Perform basic secondary trades including minor joinery (skirting, architrave), plumbing, basic tiling and minor decorating
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with residents, ensuring a polite, respectful, and tidy workspace inside their homes.
- Diagnostics: Assess property conditions, identify defects like damp or blown plaster, and report major issues to the supervisor.
- Admin & Tech: Maintain accurate digital records of works completed and parts used via our mobile app.
- Safety: Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and building regulations.
- Vehicle Upkeep: Keep the company vehicle organised and well-maintained.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: Proven track record in general property maintenance, residential repairs, or social housing environments.
- Trade Skills: Advanced competency in plastering, alongside a good working standard in secondary trades (joinery, tiling, painting).
- Certifications: Valid CSCS Card and Asbestos Awareness training are highly desirable but not essential.
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (required to drive the company vehicle).
- Traits: Strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality safety standards.
Pay: £33,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
