Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing tender submissions, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and supporting the organisation’s growth objectives. Duties
- Analyse tender documents and identify key requirements to prepare comprehensive proposals.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission of tenders.
- Maintain and update the tender database using CRM software, including Salesforce, to track progress and deadlines.
- Assist in developing competitive pricing strategies in collaboration with the sales and finance teams.
- Prepare accurate and persuasive tender documents, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders during the tender process to clarify requirements and provide updates.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities related to tenders to support strategic decision-making.
- Support post-tender activities, including contract negotiations and handovers to project teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Tender Executive or in a similar role within a competitive industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards is advantageous. Pay: £24,420.00-£51,137.67 per year
