St Raphael's Hospice is a forward-thinking, community-valued hospice providing outstanding care and support to people with life-limiting illnesses and their families. We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of People Services to join our friendly and dedicated team for a six-month period.
Working closely with the Executive Team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of People Services. Key responsibilities include leading recruitment and retention initiatives, supporting values-based culture and organisational development, managing employee relations matters, overseeing payroll, and ensuring our people practices support the delivery of our organisational objectives.
The successful candidate will have significant HR leadership experience, experience of overseeing payroll, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a sound knowledge of employment law. CIPD Level 7 is preferred, although candidates with CIPD Level 5 and relevant senior-level experience will also be considered.
This role is based predominantly on-site in Cheam, with some flexibility in working arrangements considered.
