We are seeking a talented and professional Eyelash Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application. Duties
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable experience for clients
- Conduct consultations to understand clients’ preferences and recommend suitable lash styles
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client questions and ensuring satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with the latest eyelash extension techniques and industry trends
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently, ensuring punctuality and smooth workflow
- Uphold hygiene standards by sterilising tools and equipment after each use
- Regularly advertise and promote own work to attract more clients.
Qualifications
- Skilled in Classic, Volume and Hybrid sets/ infills.
- Confident in hand making fans ( no pre-made fans).
- Ability to tailor sets to suit individual lash health and preferred style.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable manner with a passion for beauty and client satisfaction
- Organised with good time management skills to handle appointments efficiently
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about Eyelash extensions who wish to work within a supportive team environment.
This is a self employed position with earnings ( uncapped) based on chair rental. Estimated weekly income will vary depending on client volume.
