About Us We manufacture premium timber garden buildings — summerhouses, log cabins, and more — from our production facility near Newark. Demand is growing fast and we're expanding our team. You'll be joining three experienced operatives in a hands-on, fast-paced workshop environment where quality and output matter.
The Role You'll be operating both automated robotic stations and manual assembly stations to produce timber panel sections across a wide range of product SKUs. No two days are exactly the same — you'll need to be adaptable, focused, and take pride in your work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating CNC/robotic timber processing machines
- Manual assembly and finishing of timber sections
- Managing changeovers between different product types efficiently
- Maintaining quality standards and hitting daily production targets
- Working as part of a small, close-knit team
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment
- Comfortable working with machinery — robotic operation experience a bonus
- Physically capable and happy with hands-on work
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Lives within reasonable commuting distance of NG23 6QX
