Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Car Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. Previous experience in B2B sales, sales management, or working with CRM software is advantageous. The successful applicant will be responsible for driving sales, upselling vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service to maximise client satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through various channels, including face-to-face meetings and telephone calls
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits effectively to meet customer needs
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or vehicle accessories
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategic sales plans and achieve targets
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new vehicle models to provide informed advice to customers
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales or automotive sales management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette
- Organised with strong organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently without being pushy
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base
- Proficiency in CRM software for tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer data management
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
- A proactive approach towards achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service
