Chef
What we are looking for
· Will be running a small kitchen independently on working days but work well with a wider team.
· Can work well under pressure
· Help with ordering produce and monitor stock levels.
· Prep food for next day/bake.
· Understand and undertake legal paperwork, and practices in place, to ensure a clean and safe kitchen space, in correspondence to the food safety gridlines.
· Unload food deliveries.
· Work daily to produce great food made in house.
· Work with us to Create and develop seasonal dishes for the menu.
· A person to take the kitchen under their wing and make it their space as well as leave the space ready for other staff the next day.
· Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitized.
· Knowledge and understanding of HACCAP

Hours
· cafe open hours working hours 9-4
· No evening shifts, only if private events are booked, but prior notice will be given.
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
