Duties
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
- Perform barbering services as required, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalised recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the salon, including front desk duties when necessary.
- Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
- Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development within the salon.
- Foster strong communication with clients to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Skills
- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for clients.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of store management practices is advantageous for maintaining salon operations.
- Experience in mentoring or training junior staff is preferred.
- Proficiency in barbering techniques is beneficial.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining client trust and satisfaction.
