Job Summary
We are a dust free floor sanding company who specialise in wooden floor restoration. We are seeking hardworking and professional individuals to join our growing team.no previous experience is required, however a UK driving licence in mandatory. You will work with our team of experienced technicians to learn a new trade.
Responsibilities
- Assist with with team managers in the floor sanding process
- Operate state of the art hand tools and power tools
- Drive the company van between different jobs when moving machinery and collecting supplies
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with general labour duties such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials around sites
Skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience or interest in wooden floor restoration
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Good physical fitness
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures related to manual labour tasks
- This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in the construction trade with future development options such as team leads and management.
