Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter/Bartender/Barista to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Take orders accurately from customers for food and drinks, ensuring prompt service
- Prepare and serve a range of beverages including coffee, cocktails, and soft drinks
- Serve food items with attention to presentation and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area, including tables, counters, and bar stations
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables or bar areas during shifts
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner to enhance their experience
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during service hours
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter,Bartender or Barista
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Good organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and bills accurately
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as required
- A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
