Responsibilities
- Provide customised beauty treatments including facials, waxing, laser specialist and skincare procedures with attention to hygiene and safety standards
- Offer personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual needs
- Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times
Skills
- Proven experience in sales and upselling.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients of diverse backgrounds
- Effective communication skills to explain treatment procedures clearly and confidently
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple appointments while maintaining high standards of service
