We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the overall operation of the kitchen. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and quality standards
- Assist in the organisation and management of kitchen stations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen
- Support the team during busy periods, ensuring timely meal preparation and presentation
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to minimise waste
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols and sanitation procedures
Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a Kitchen Porter within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen setting is highly desirable
- Familiarity with serving procedures and restaurant operations is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail and organisation
