Third in Charge – The Right Hand to the Right Hand!, you will possess a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and have experience in leading and supporting others within a childcare setting.

We’re looking for a confident and capable Third in Charge to support the management team in running a fun, safe, and inspiring nursery environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Manager and Deputy in day-to-day operations
- Taking charge in their absence — keeping the nursery running smoothly
- Leading a room and motivating your team
- Helping with planning, compliance, and safeguarding
- Ensuring children are nurtured, inspired, and safe
Who You Are:
- Level 3 qualified in Early Years (or above)
- Experienced in leading within a nursery setting
- A great communicator and team motivator
- Organised, proactive, and approachable
- A positive role model who leads with warmth and professionalism
