Shifts: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 16:30 (No weekend work)
The Magnus Search Team is currently recruiting an experienced and precision-focused FLT Counterbalance Driver with Clamp experience to join a specialised recycling and logistics operation.
This position is ideal for a skilled operator looking for stable, daytime hours during the week with a guaranteed work-life balance and weekends fully to yourself.
Core Responsibilities
As an FLT Clamp Driver, your daily duties will include:
- Operating a Counterbalance forklift fitted with a clamp attachment safely and efficiently.
- Stacking unpacked recycled white goods (washing machines and tumble dryers) into secure blocks of 8.
- Wrapping recycled appliances to prepare them for transit.
- Loading the wrapped stock into trailers from both the side and from the loading bay using the clamp machine.
- Adhering strictly to on-site health and safety regulations.
Key Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- Licence: A valid, accredited FLT Counterbalance licence.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of continuous Forklift driving experience.
- Specialist Skill: Proven, hands-on experience operating a clamp attachment is strictly required.
- Attributes: Great attention to detail, reliability, and strong timekeeping skills.
