This is a hands-on client account management role where you'll own a portfolio of clients from day one. You'll be their primary point of contact - keeping their projects moving, proactively reaching out, spotting opportunities to grow their account, and making sure they get the most from our platform and services.
This isn't a role where you wait for clients to come to you. You'll be the one picking up the phone, checking in, identifying what they need next, and making it happen. You'll oversee project builds from brief to launch, handle ad hoc requests at pace, and work closely with internal teams to deliver consistently.
What You'll DoClient Relationships
- Own a portfolio of existing clients - be their go-to person.
- Proactively reach out to clients on a regular basis - check-ins, performance catch-ups, new ideas with growth in mind.
- Build genuine relationships that go beyond the transactional.
- Don't wait for clients to flag issues, spot them first and get ahead of them.
Project Delivery
- Manage Agent Plus new build projects from brief through to launch.
- Handle ad hoc client requests quickly and efficiently - set expectations, track progress, close things down.
- Keep project systems up to date and flag blockers early.
Growth & Retention
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your client portfolio and act on them.
- Contribute to the teams ad-hoc revenue from existing clients through proactive outreach and needs identification.
- Support renewals by demonstrating value and keeping relationships strong.
- Feed qualified opportunities through to the wider team where relevant.
