We are focused on relationship-led representation and strategic planning, priding ourselves on building genuine relationships, taking a long-term approach with players, and operating differently to the traditional volume based number model.
We are open-minded regarding background and experience, but there would be an additional interest in the first instance for:
- FIFA licensed football agents with a strong understanding of FFAR and relevant national regulations/frameworks
- Individuals currently working towards their licensing/exam with a solid understanding of FFAR and the wider regulatory landscape
- individuals with previous scouting, recruitment or analytical experience/qualification
The role would likely involve:
- club outreach
- player opportunity sourcing
- administrative and operational assistance
- scouting and player identification
- exposure to real-life negotiations and deal structures
- learning processes and documentation required for transfers with both a domestic and international dimension
- use of platforms such as TransferRoom, SMRTSTATS and other recruitment/analytical software.
The right person would have the opportunity to contribute towards real deals, develop relationships within the industry and potentially build and manage their own opportunities under the Guardian Agency umbrella benefitting from:
