Who we are looking for :
- Ability to ensure practice compliance
- You are equally as comfortable working as part of a team as well as leading other team members as a dental Practice Manager.
- Strong understanding of Private Dentistry and NHS Dentistry
- You understand the importance of good communication and the vital role of customer service in the private dental practice.
- You are looking for a role in which you can grow to start with Dental Practice Manager and further progression
- You are equally as experienced, competent and comfortable on front desk as you are working alongside our dentists, hygienists and specialists.
- Organisation skills including prioritising important deadlines whilst managing reactive business needs
- Strong commercial awareness/business acumen – Experience of analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make problem solving commercial decisions relating to practice EBITDA
- Good spoken and written English
