Responsibilities
- Carpentry work
- Stud walls & plasterboarding
- Installing insulation
- Basic brickwork
- Flooring installation
- Roofing assistance
- General building tasks
- Site preparation & clean-up
- Assisting with extensions and conversions
- Working alongside subcontractors and other trades
- Requirements
- Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to various trades
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to adapt quickly to different tasks
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Good physical condition with the stamina required for physically demanding tasks
- A valid UK driving licence is preferred but not essential depending on project requirements
- Willingness to learn new skills and undertake further training as needed
