What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot hosting, email and digital product issues
Support customers via phone and ticketing systems
Guide users through setup, configuration and best practice
Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities that add real value
Work with sales and product teams on complex queries
Keep accurate records and stay up to date with new features
What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer support (phone-based ideal)
Confident in a commercial, target‑driven environment
Strong communicator with great problem‑solving skills
Comfortable using CMS/ticketing systems
Customer‑focused, proactive and keen to learn
