We are currently recruiting a Mobile M&E Supervisor with a strong Commercial Gas background to lead a small team of Engineers across a prestigious portfolio in London.
The M&E Supervisor will be responsible for the delivery of all engineering services across the contract, with a particular focus on commercial gas compliance, planned maintenance, reactive works, and statutory obligations. You will provide line management to a team of engineers whilst maintaining a proactive customer interface to ensure the highest standards of service delivery and customer care.
The successful candidate will have previous experience supervising engineers within a building services environment or be a Senior Commercial Gas Engineer looking to progress into a supervisory position. A strong understanding of commercial heating systems, plant rooms, boilers, and gas safety regulations is essential.
Candidates must have proven Commercial Gas experience and hold valid Commercial Gas qualifications/tickets including COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A and associated commercial gas certifications.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting a team of mobile engineers
- Overseeing commercial gas compliance across the contract
- Managing planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Ensuring all gas-related works are completed safely and in line with current regulations
- Managing subcontractors and specialist service providers
- Producing operational and performance reports
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
The ideal candidate will be technically strong, commercially aware, and confident managing both engineers and client relationships.
