Job Description: Full-time position open for a Trade Counter Salesperson Sherwood at Hucknall Plumbing and Heating Supplies - based out at our Basford branch in Nottingham. Full driving licence required. Working within the business your duties will include but not be limited to:- Serving customers over the trade counter, showroom and via telephone.- Generating and processing quotes for customers.- Providing excellent customer service and product advice.- Ordering stock and maintaining a clean and organised working area.- Organising deliveries and delivering to customers.- Stock control and stock taking.- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment. This is a full-time permanent position working 07:30am to 04:30pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 08:00am to 12:00 midday. Essential: The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of plumbing and bathroom products and be able to identify products easily. The candidate will need to have a good manner with customers, be organised and be able to identify and provide solutions to plumbing and heating needs. Ideally the candidate will have experience within the plumbing trade.
