MolanTea（東方墨蘭） is a tea brand focusing on handcrafted beverages and daily store operations. The team is responsible for preparing drinks, supporting customers, and maintaining store standards.
We are looking for reliable team members who are able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow operational procedures. This role involves beverage preparation, customer service, and general store duties.
Role and Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the store
- Preparing and serving beverages according to company standards
- Brewing tea, cooking, and preparing toppings
- Taking customer orders and assisting customers
- Learning product information to accurately introduce beverages.
- Stock checking, organizing, and handling goods.
- Following Health & Safety, Food Safety, and hygiene standards
- Working independently across different stations to meet efficiency and quality requirements.
- Completing other duties assigned by supervisors.
Key Requirements
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience in a Food & Beverage environment is preferred.
- Good communication skills: Mandarin is a plus
- Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn, reliable, and professional in attitude.
