Established in 2002, we are now the largest online supplier of grass seed and wildflower seeds to domestic consumers and businesses. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to provide support across accounts, administration and customer service functions. Key Responsibilities include:
- Raising sales invoices and producing customer statements
- Processing purchase invoices and allocating to the correct nominal codes
- Checking courier invoices and investigating discrepancies
- Supporting order processing and liaising with customers regarding deliveries and queries
- Maintaining accurate records and assisting with general office administration
- Confidently take inbound customer telephone orders, providing friendly & knowledgeable product support
- Resolving customer service issues and general enquiries with a solutions‑first approach
Requirements:
- Must be confident using Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of accounting software (preferably Sage)
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Positive and flexible approach and a willingness to support different areas of the business
