Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our dynamic Business Operations team. This varied role supports compliance, quality assurance and business operations across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records, databases, information systems, and document control processes
- Produce reports, management information, and business communications to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective information management, collaboration, and service delivery.
- Provide administrative support for business projects, process improvement initiatives, and operational planning activities.
- Supporting Home Managers and Department Heads with advice on Pendine Personnel / Employee Handbook processes
- Liaising with external employment experts as required
- Support compliance, quality assurance, governance, and business operations activities.
