A new Parisian-style brasserie concept launching in Chelsea, part of a successful European hospitality group bringing classic French dining, homemade cooking, and high-energy service to London.
Following successful openings in Paris, this is the next UK launch.
You will join a front of house team focused on:
- High-volume, quality-led service
- Classic French brasserie standards

The Role
Chef de Rang
You will run your own section and take full ownership of guest experience during service.
You will ensure smooth delivery from first greeting to final bill, working closely with the wider team to maintain pace and standards.
What you will do
- Manage your own section during service
- Deliver attentive, confident table service
- Guide guests through food and drinks menus
- Build rapport with guests and regulars
- Ensure tables are set and maintained correctly
- Work closely with runners and management
- Handle guest requests professionally
- Support smooth service during busy periods
What we are looking for
- Experience as a Chef de Rang or strong waiter in a busy restaurant
- Confident managing a section independently
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Calm under pressure
- Team-focused attitude
- Interest in French dining culture
