Carne is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at our well-established restaurant in Hove.
Known for our creative menu and commitment to using fresh, locally sourced produce, Carne has built an excellent reputation for quality food and outstanding service.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience working as a Head Chef
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Creativity and consistency in menu execution
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
