What experience you will have:
- Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant Manager in a busy restaurant environment
- Commercial confidence across sales, labour, stock, service standards and guest experience
- Strong people leadership, coaching and team development skills
- Experience managing rotas, performance, training and day-to-day operations
- A natural host with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest care
- Calm, confident communication and the ability to lead from the floor
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and numeracy
