Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Cleaning Operative to manage and support our cleaning teams, ensure tasks are completed to a high standard, and maintain health and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out cleaning duties as per agreed schedules (offices, communal areas, restrooms, etc.).
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
- Empty bins, remove waste safely, and replace liners.
- Replenish consumables such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or health and safety concerns promptly
- Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively.
- Maintain cleaning cupboards and store supplies securely.
