Shift Options & Pay
- AM Shift: 06:00 – 14:00 | £13.22 per hour
- PM Shift: 14:00 – 22:00 | £14.06 per hour
- Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00 | £15.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture silicon wafers in line with strict specifications
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Meet production, quality, and yield targets
- Accurately record production and process data
- Maintain cleanroom and safety standards at all times
- Report any issues with processes, equipment, or quality
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Skills & Experience
- Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred
- Cleanroom experience advantageous but not essential (full training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow written instructions precisely
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
Requirements
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking
