As a sales executive in this role, you will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and working closely with both High-Net-Worth individuals and commercial clients.
About the Role
This permanent, full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys a proactive, client-facing sales environment. You will be responsible for generating your own leads, attending face-to-face meetings, and converting new business opportunities. You'll have the autonomy to build your own pipeline, supported by a collaborative team and strong insurer relationships, giving you the tools needed to succeed as a high-performing sales professional.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
- Build and manage a portfolio of commercial and High-Net-Worth clients
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings to develop strong, lasting relationships
- Provide tailored insurance advice across a range of commercial products
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximise account value
- Work closely with underwriters to negotiate competitive terms
- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes
- Deliver a high level of client service across new business, renewals, and queries
What We're Looking For
- Experience within commercial insurance OR personal lines/motor insurance with a desire to step up
- Proven sales experience, ideally within a client-facing or consultative environment
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to generating leads and winning new business
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of FCA regulations and TCF principles
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK
