Customer Care Engineer

We are a New Build Plumbing and Heating Contractor, The role will involve rectifying issues in all new property's.
Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Plumbing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be well presentable and punctual with the customers they are engaging also organised.
Duties:
- Attend customer care work instructions, review works and undertake repairs where necessary.
- Provide technical support/Reports for plumbing issues.
- Undertake both plumbing and gas repairs and alterations where required, commissioning new systems and servicing boiler and cylinders.
