Experience
- Proven experience in a culinary role within a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Supervising experience is highly desirable, demonstrating leadership capabilities in managing teams.
- Extensive background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Experience in restaurant operations, including inventory control and menu development.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Previous experience is essential.
