We are looking for a new Deputy Manager to join the team from September 2026. If you are a qualifed Early Years Practitioner we would like to hear from you.
We are a Wrap Around Care provider within the school grounds of Wheatcroft School, Stanstead Road, Hertford. We are open Monday to Friday term time 7.20-9.10 and 2.30- 6.10pm we would also like to provide around 5 admin hours per week to be worked flexibly within the day. In the school holidays we would require shifts to be worked at Hertingfordbury Cowper School, Hertford. The holiday club is open Tuesday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and we would be happy to dicuss working hours being 1 half day, 3 full days or anything inbetween.
The role would include:
- Supporting the manager on a day to basis
- Covering in the managers absence
- Working with children aged 3 to 11 years old
- Working in partnership with the school staff team
- Providing the team with support, supervisions, and guidance
- Daily admin, emails, regsiters, soft ware systems, bookings, parent communictaion, planning actiivties
