Summary
We are seeking the right person to join our production team at Safety Fabrications Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting manufacturing and house keeping duties. Our key Products are manufactured in both Aluminium and Steel to a high standard, which comply with CE standards.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the moving of components/loading and unloading of lorries.
- Building our final fabricated jobs.
- Cleaning & preparation of goods prior to delivery.
- Packaging of goods prior to delivery.
- Cutting of component parts (handrail etc - when required)
- Ensure the workshop & stores area are maintained in a clean & professional manner.
- Ensure Health and Safety of self and colleagues by adhering to the Health and Safety at Work act 1974 and the company’s own Health and Safety Policy
- Carry out general housekeeping duties in line with company policy and Safe Systems of Work. Duties will be varied and may include cleaning machinery, sweeping and cleaning the workshop areas.
