Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Domestic Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including Domestic houses and commercial establishments. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist in kitchen duties as needed, including basic cooking tasks when required.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
Skills
- Previous experience in Domstic cleaning is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Driving License and car essential
