An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join a Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in the Coventry area.
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious leader who can create a positive culture, inspire teams, and deliver outstanding outcomes for young people.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, performance, and development of the home.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing residential care team
- Driving positive outcomes for young people
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards
- Creating a stable, nurturing, and therapeutic environment
- Managing staff development, retention, and performance
- Building effective relationships with local authorities and external professionals
- Driving continuous improvement and service excellence
Essential Requirements
- Experience within Children's Residential Care
- Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Strong understanding of Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
