Lettings Manager | Chiswick | £50,000 Basic + £100,000+ OTE
Not all Lettings Manager roles are created equal.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious, commercially driven lettings professional to take the reins of a growing West London office and play a key role in building market share, driving revenue and developing a high-performing team.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage a business - they want to grow one.
You'll be responsible for winning instructions, growing managed portfolios, building lasting landlord relationships and leading from the front in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

- £50,000 basic salary

- Proven residential lettings background
- Management or senior leadership experience
- Strong track record of winning instructions and growing revenue
- Experience building managed portfolios
