Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team in our office in Dyce, 16-37.5 hour per week available (Mon-Fri or 3 days). In this role, you will support daily operations by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication within the company. Your contribution will help us maintain our reputation for excellent service and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Invoicing using SAGE 50 Accounts Professional
- Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
- Filing and archiving
- Customer Service
- Credit Control
- Manage and coordinate office activities to ensure efficient operations
- Answering phone calls professionally
- Handing emails
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and welcoming.
- Liaise with vending operators and clients to facilitate smooth communication.
Qualifications
- Experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong computer admin skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with SAGE or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Self-disciplined with good organisation skills
Pay: From £28,587.00 per year
