Role Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of client services across the agency by managing integrated marketing, brand and web projects for a portfolio of accounts. The role carries primary responsibility for day-to-day client management and project delivery.
The Account Manager acts as the bridge between clients and internal creative brand, marketing and web teams. This person is responsible for nurturing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring campaigns and output is delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.
The Account Manager acts as a trusted partner to clients and as a central point of coordination for internal teams, ensuring all work is delivered efficiently, strategically and to an agreed standard of quality.

Client Leadership & Account Ownership
- Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts across the agency from briefing through to delivery.
- Own all incoming client requests.
- Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding client goals, challenges, and industries.
- Leading regular client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a consistently high level of service and satisfaction.
- Support Commercial Director, Account Director and Creative Director in proposals and pitches.
Project & Campaign Management
- Oversee deliverables for specific clients across the agency to ensure clear briefs are developed and aligned with client expectations and internal teams.
- Coordinate performance activity with internal specialists and external partners.
- Review and communicate performance insights to clients.
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure content is platform-appropriate and performance driven.
- Responsibility for managing project flow through internal systems (e.g. Asana).
- Ensure tasks are scheduled, tracked, and delivered efficiently.
- Act as central coordination point for all departments.
- Act as buffer between clients and delivery teams.
- Prevent designers, UX and creatives from being pulled into client comms and admin.
- Ensure delivery teams can focus on output.
Creative Collaboration
- Coordinate with creative and web teams to ensure deliverables align with briefs and timelines.
- Ensure deliverables accurately reflect campaign objectives and timelines. Oversee the coordination of content shoots and influencer partnerships where required.
Performance, Reporting & Optimisation
- Monitor key performance metrics dependent on client objectives.
- Deliver clear, insightful campaign reports, providing transparency and actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for optimisation, growth and improved ROI.
Budget Management & Scope of Work
- Manage and monitor client budgets, ensuring efficient use of spend and maximum return on investment.
- Make informed budget adjustments in response to campaign performance.
- Coordinate with media buying partners and external suppliers to align with campaign objectives, budgets and timelines.
- Managing scope creep, Controlling amends and keeping projects within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a consistent and reliable point of contact across all services.
- Anticipate client needs, manage expectations effectively, and handle challenges with transparency and professionalism.
- Ensure each client has a single, clear point of contact, with all communication and requests managed in a structured and consistent way.
- Deliver projects on time, on budget and to a high standard, with clear control of scope, timelines and resources.
- Own the intake of all client requests, ensuring briefs are clear, complete and aligned with agreed scope before entering delivery teams.
- Actively manage scope and change requests, reducing over-servicing and maintaining commercially healthy accounts.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with both clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and clarity at all stages.
- Ensure projects move efficiently through internal systems, with strong visibility of timelines, priorities and workload across teams.
- Act as a buffer between clients and delivery teams, protecting designers, UX and creatives from unnecessary communication and admin.
- Reduce rework and inefficiencies by ensuring work is well-briefed, feedback is clear, and delivery teams can focus on output.
- Identify and mitigate risks early to ensure smooth project delivery and positive client outcomes.
- Support the overall organisation and structure of accounts, contributing to improved efficiency, consistency and client satisfaction across the agency.
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
