We’re looking for Barista legends and creative spirits who are passionate about service and delivering memorable customer experiences.
About the role
You’ll play a vital role in defining the culture, energy and experience of our concept. As a Barista & Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-end coffee, elevated botanical drinks and setting the tone for our front of house and kitchen teams.
What you’ll be doing
. Lead shifts as the senior team member, handling staff or customer queries calmly and efficiently
. Craft world class coffee, botanical drinks and signature creations
. Engage with our community and elevate every customer experience
. Support and energise our events, maintaining high energy and service standards
. Assist in training and mentoring junior staff as the concept grows

. Experienced in high-volume coffee, bespoke menus and mixology
